Once you have your FM3 and your valid passport, you will be able to apply for the Federal Taxpayer's Registration Number (RFC) and your Sole Population Registration Code (CURP) at the Department of Treasury. You will fill out the R1 form, attaching your FM3 and valid passport. The RFC and CURP registration may be handled by a Sea Side Immigration if  you have issued a legal power of attorney.
